Great. Especially if you arrive at opening time, being able to skip the ticket lines is fantastic.

Good to have tickets prepaid, but didn't save us any time in queues at majority of locations - seems every tourist in NYC has a city pass! Also, wasn't made clear when we booked that pass was only valid for a certain period. Luckily we used our tickets during the duration period, but only noticed it had an expiry date late into our trip.

We were happy about skipping the lines when visiting statue of Liberty, but the information that my son could have bought a ticket for youth insted of adult was not clear enough on your webpage, so I feel that I have paid too much and next time I will wait until I get to destination to be able to get the correct information.
