We found the pass was expensive and didn’t enable you to enter the places it claims you can. For example , we were unable to use the pass for The Rock or the Intrepid in-spite of the fact we hadn’t gone over the requisite number of visited places. Additionally, in November none of the queues were long so it wasn’t an advantage to queue jump and so many places offered senior prices the pass ended up more expensive. I would not recommend it , especially when going in the winter.

I apologize for the late reply on this. We're sorry you didn't have a good experience using CityPASS. Top of the Rock and Intrepid are both included attractions and should always accepted valid, unexpired CityPASS tickets as long as all the choice options have not been used, as you noted. I'd be happy to look further into this if you would like to send your order number and email address to [email protected].

We enjoyed the different tours on the package but in the future I would not get , as you can get deals on what you were interested at the sights, not on all but some. not enough information on how to use the app to get the tours. once a person at one of the stops helped us with it we would have been lost, could have been the info came from viator?

Loved the iconic Empire State Building and the liberty and Ellis Island tour. Make sure you go early morning as you need alot of time to take in everything on Ellis Island.
