All participants must be 13 years of age or older.
Participants under 18 years old must be accompanied by a parent or legal guardian at all times during the tour.
All visitors boarding a Statue City Cruises departure to Liberty and/or Ellis Island must pass through airport grade security procedures in the Screening Facility.
Wear comfortable, closed-toe shoes. Sandals, flip-flops, open-toed shoes, and high heels are not permitted.
The Hard Hat Reserve Tour Ticket does not allow access inside the Statue of Liberty National Monument.
A portion of your purchase will go towards the restoration and maintenance of the historic Ellis Island Immigrant Hospital.

Great experience! You can walk around at your own pace which we enjoyed. It was December and very cold and windy but we toured everything anyway. Took a reprieve in the gift shop to warm up.
