Ground staff were unfriendly and obnoxious and treated paying customers like a herd of cattle.

Taped commentary during the flight was poor quality however pilot was friendly and polite.

Overall this trip was not worth the money.

Long waiting time. Also, I was sitting for my turn and they forgot about me. But they were helpful and put me on the next flight next to the pilot. The helli's are modern and nice and the the ride was fun. It felt kind of short though and as others have pointed out, you don't actually fly over Manhattan.

Totally amazing. The views were fantastic. Sat next to the pilot so had the best view ever. You gotta do it.
