Actually, I had a problem. I purhased the ticket only couple of hours priour to the scheduled flight. When I arrived for the tour, I was informed they could not flight over the stadioum because of the game. You should not have sold that ticket on the very day of the game!

Quite satisfied with the Company service.

The negative experience is related to the servicing company only and not the Viator at all. Why it is happened that instead of Grand Island I was sent to a shorter tour - was this done intentionally, to earn some more money, or really a mistake, who knows, but this was the fact.

Anyway, Viator was very professional dealing with the subcontractor mistake and money refund, so, I would like to thank you for the good trip and experiense.

Definitely worth doing. Length of the tour is just right. We were asked to turn up an hour before which seemed far too early, even the guys who worked for the tour company remarked we were really early. Otherwise great and an amazing way to view the city.
