After they called to ask us to change our morning flight to afternoon, we still had to wait almost 2 hours to get on the craft. When you come such a long way to see NYC, it feels like a pretty big chunk of time to be sitting doing nothing. We did them a favour by agreeing to change to an afternoon flight, then we still had to wait around forever. The flight itself was great, no complaints there. I don't need to do this again, time is too precious in NYC to wait around that long. They should just tell you this to begin with "expect to wait up to 2 hours"
