We were supposed to fly at 10:30am, were left in a room with a couple who were supposed to fly at 9:30am and eventually flew at 11am. No one gave us any reason for the delay and we were unable to leave the room for "safety" reasons. Flight was supposed to be over NYC however as the United Nations were in town we only flew up and down the Hudson. We were only informed of this when in the air. Altogether the staff were unfriendly and unhelpful. Expected more from Viator given the reviews read prior to flying to the USA. Would not recommend this company from our experience. On a positive note the Irish pilot was very friendly.

I planned the trip for my boyfriend's birthday and I know I made the right decision. We arrived early and there was no waiting at all, just some preflight preparations and we were off. We had clear information from the Captain all throughout the flight. It was a fantastic experience.

Although the person in the centre seat has paid the same fare they got a poorer view than the rest on the trip. And the trip was shorter than posted, but commenced on time.
