Booked it as a surprise birthday gift for my partner, and we totally loved it. The views are fantastic, and the staff were great. Took some great photos. It is a once in a lifetime experience. A must when visiting the Big Apple!

Definitely worth doing; however, the flights are for four, and one person has to be in the bucket seat in the middle at the back. This would be no fun it you are tall. We were called by the company to take the flight early as the forecast was not too good, and I guess they wanted to fill the flights and thus create space later in the week. This said, the weather on our due date was not as good as during our flight, but this did not stop the flights running. The bottom line is that it is a marvellous experience...save up and get a helicopter to yourselves to avoid the bucket seat!

The ride itself was amazing. Unforgettable views to all landmarks. The pilot was knowledgeable and fun. But I scheduled a 5:30 flight, and we ended taking of at 7:30. Not too happy about a 2 hour wait. It's not a 25-30 flight, it's 20-22 min at the most. Website advertises a free picture, and it's not free. If you sit in the wrong side of the helicopter, you will not enjoy the majority of the flight.
