Due to comfort and weight / balance of the aircraft, passengers weighing over 285 lbs may be unable to fly. If passengers require a seat belt extender they will not be able to attend.

All bags are subject to inspection. Only camera, cell phone and sunglasses can be brought aboard. Complimentary lockers are available to hold belongings while flying
Please note: it is a 10 minute drive to Linden Airport from the station, passengers can order either Uber, Lyft or use the local taxi service
Children must be accompanied by an adult. Children under 2 must sit in an adults lap at no charge.

My experience was incredible and the staff is the best, particularly Jessica who supports me a lot in Spanish and her warmth of person is the best, totally recommended, the super nice people, I suggest that they have an operator in Spanish that would also greatly support their service

It took me a while to decide on the reservation… is it really a yes/no decision and then I said to myself… go ahead, the children will be happy! Well, mission more than accomplished because the children literally loved it but so did the parents! It’s truly magical!!! So if like me you have doubts, go ahead, HeliNY is at the top of the best… quick and very friendly welcome, everything goes clearly and simply. Short video on the safety instructions, we weigh you to place you in the helicopter (because nooo we don't choose your seat), a souvenir photo outside and off we go... it goes by quickly but we really have time to benefit !
