I’ve done the Manhattan highlights helicopter ride twice and it was brilliant both times. The ground service was professional and quick-moving, ensuring that wait times were kept to a minimum without feeling rushed. The pilot was great, giving us a good commentary of the city sights. The whole experience felt safe, was enjoyable and was definitely worth the money. 100% would do again when in New York!

Organised a surprise flight for my family as we were in NYC for the first time (to celebrate 2 special birthdays)! We all absolutely loved the experience. Fantastic and personal welcome from the company representatives. Good safety brieging pre-flight. The pilot was amazing...very smooth take off and landing despite it being quite windy. Only marked down by the 'scripted' tour information provided during the flightime...however I'm happy she was perhaps paying more attention to flying safely!!

Good. But back seat middle not optimum seat for view pilot knowledge good n interesting on guide to NY . Probably not great value ie cost versus delivered . Make sure u check confirmation from viator. They screwed up my time .Luckily not a big deal as helicopter company adjusted in their system
