My friend and I booked the Ultimate tour and were impressed with the quality of the aircraft and the well run process to board etc. this was all very professional and made us feel safe. However, we were pretty disappointed at the lack of commentary during the flight. As a first timer to NYC, I had thought that we would get a pretty good overview of the city. Unfortunately the only commentary we got was having the following pointed out: - Statue of Liberty - Freedom tower - Empire State Building - Central Park We didn’t feel that asking questions was appropriate. So I have to say we were a little disappointed.

What an amazing experience. Friendly, professional staff from the beginning. Pilot was good and very informative as we went through our flight. A great view of The Statue of Liberty and the flight takes you along the Hudson River where you can see NY highlights from the sky. We had 4 youngsters with us ranging from 8-18yrs and they all really enjoyed this experience. Would definitely recommend.

Of course, the price is quite high but you get what you paid for: a breath-taking view on the Hudson River and Manhattan during 15 min. Nice pilot who gave the group some valuable explanations. Worth to mention as well: due to erratic weather (cloudy or snow), we asked twice to reschedule our flight planning and they never made any difficulty to do so, client relationship was much appreciated! At the end of the flight, you can buy a souvenir picture ($ 25 printed / $ 30 on an USB stick).
