It was an experience that I have been waiting to do for many years and finally got the chance to do it with two other friends and everything was ok for the most part but for me the biggest letdown was the main reason why I was doing it which was to see the Statue of Liberty. I was very disappointed with how faaar away the flight stayed from the Statue of Liberty. I thought we would go at least somewhat closer than what it was. that was very disappointing for me because I always imagined that when we finally did the helicopter tour it would take us at least considerably closer than that long range distance that it stayed away from the statue and I hate to say it but that was a real turn off for me. Everything else was ok but after having done it once For what it costs I doubt that I’d be interested in doing it again. I’m glad I didn’t pay for the longer tour, the short one was good enough.
