Flying in a helicopter was very enjoyable. The staff could of been friendlier as it felt like they were just pushing through the numbers of people to go on a ride. They had no hand soap in the womens bathroom. Security check in was a bit casual and the guy missed doing the metal detecting wand check on the couple behind us. We noted this because their should be higher security in this environment. We are constantly reminded to never forget the legacy of the attack of the twin towers 21 years ago.

We’re happy to hear you enjoyed your flight, but we’re sorry that you felt our staff could have been friendlier. During the holiday season like many other businesses in NYC, we were understaffed and we tried our very best to create the best experience for our passengers. We are tenants at the heliport, but we will follow up with the management at the heliport to make sure there is always soap in the bathrooms. We agree that safety and security is very important. We will advise our Operations Manager so that they can follow up with staff to make sure our safety protocols are being followed.

Well organised and felt very safe. What a fabulous way to see the City. My kids loved it. It was smooth as a butterfly taking off and landing and not noisy with the headphones provided.
