Very professional service. I was worried at first but as soon as we arrived there were plenty of lovely staff who went through safety procedures and explained what would happen. I was pleased to see lots of other couples there a d 6 people at a time were in each very clean and modern helicopter. The.pilot pointed out all the attractions on the flight which lasted about 20 mins. They took a photo of me and my partner next to the helicopter which can be bought after the trip. Very good service and I would highly recommend.

Loved this-was definitely one of the highlights of the trip. Staff were really friendly and the pilot gave a commentary of all the sights we passed.

First off great customer service from start to finish I truly believe they had my experience on their mind to make it right, and they did. Starting off at the helipad working our way up to Hudson River and then back smooth pilot very knowledgeable and a very great time
