Family trip of 6 people, 2 adults and 4 kids, the youngest is 6, which is his first time be on the helicopter, at first he was scared but after the ride, he asked to fly again. I called and did the text feature few times before book the reservation to ask questions, all representatives are very friendly and helpful. When we arrived for the flight, the staff there are all friendly and professional as well, check in, safety video, departure were in timely manner. The pilot was very friendly and engaging, and answered all the questions my teens have. We definitely recommend it. We have been NY for many many times, and done helicopter tour before in different state, but this is the first time do it in NY, definitely fun and memorable Thanksgiving!
