The tour was nice everything was organized And clean. But I would the ride was very quick not worth $400 and very congested 7 of us in the helicopter. Since it’s covid it sud be no more then 3 or 4 people. I couldn’t sit next to my husband either because another couple wanted to sit together so they made him sit in the front which I thought wasn’t fare. 😕 and they took one picture of us and we had to buy it for $40.

Thank you for your feedback. We operate all of our tours within CDC guidelines. We have made changes such as requiring all passengers to wear masks, removing the microphones from our headsets, and disinfecting often throughout the day. We make sure that all of our passengers are aware that we operate full flights beforehand and advise them to wear masks. Since the helicopter is seated according to weight for safety reasons, we can't always seat couples together. We try our best to accommodate any requests that we receive but safety is our top priority. We welcome our passengers to take as many photos as they would like once seated inside of the helicopter but we limit the photos in-front of the helicopter to only our souvenir photos since we have limited time to load and unload passengers.

I arrived an hour early for my 11am flight, but was welcomed in and allowed on the 10am flight which was great! The staff there are very welcoming. The place is super clean. I was a solo customer so I got to sit right next to the pilot in the front which as SUPER COOL!! Pilot was super friendly! The flight itself was awesome! Saw and took great pictures and videos! Best experience Ever!!!

The experience is something I will never forget. It was my mom’s 65th birthday and our first time in the helicopter. The view was beautiful however we could barely hear our tour guide. I’m not sure if it was the air traffic controller we could hear or someone else. So we really did not know what we were looking at except the Statue of Liberty 🗽. Overall the staff was extremely nice and helpful.

Thank you for flying with us! Due to COVID-19 precautions, we do not offer microphones to our passengers so it would only be the pilots voice in each of the headsets. Our top priority is providing safe flights. Our pilots try to provide as much tour commentary as they can while staying in contact with air-traffic control. If there is more traffic in the area, this can take away from the commentary time unfortunately.
