I had a good time watching and enjoying the Helicopter, but unfortunately I was booked at 12:00 pm. And I have a connected flight at 3:00 pm. unfortunately they are not on time we had a delay to make it till 1:15 pm which cost me a lot to get the next flight. HOWEVER I asked them to cancel my trip at that time and they rejected. And they said we can cancel it but it won’t be refundable. I had such a good time but they are not helpful at all! Also I called the help desk they aren’t assist me as I wish. I will not recommend to my friends or family at all.

We always do our best to run on schedule. As you missed the check-in time for your flight, there was not enough time to prepare you to fly as scheduled and not delay the other passengers. We offered to fly you on the next available space, which is why the tour departed at a later time. Viator reservations are non-refundable within 24 hours, and as you missed the original flight, we were doing the best we could so you wouldn't lose your money. We apologize that you didn't find us helpful, but we always try to be accommodating whenever we can.

Great views but not great enough to pay $800 for under 15 minutes of time in flight. Pilot was nice and very knowledgeable. Rushed you through everything and audio wasn’t on for safety presentation so you could only watch and not hear what you were supposed to do. Great views are the only good thing I can say.
