Cannot thank enough the team of HeliNY for the unforgettable experience I had. Everything was handled with care and courtesy , from the security agent at the entrance, the front desk staff , and the skilled and attentive pilot, I was luck enough to sit by his side. advertised as a 15 to 20 minute flight, which was an actual 13 minute flight, 3 persons, over $700.00 and these guys have to cheat me out of 2 to 7 minutes. They are the only show in town and can charge double the going rate, Then they get you for $40.00 for a picture. RIP OFF...............

I apologize if there was any confusion regarding the duration of the flight, but as listed on the Viator website the Manhattan Highlights is advertised as 12-15 minutes. The rate that you paid has been the same price since 2018 when we lowered our rates. I'm sorry you found our picture sales were expensive, but our rates are in line with standard attraction pricing.

The best tour of NYC we could have done! Unique, lovely staff with smiles and safety being the focus! We got amazing pictures and video. What we didn’t know at the beginning was that BOTH sides of the helicopter get to see the views! Don’t bother your neighbor by trying to take photos through them, you will get the same views on the way back! Thank you to the staff and pilot from our trip!
