I saw this when i couldn't get tickets for the statue of Liberty crown or pedestal. I am glad i did because it Aced the liberty experience. We flew around the statue and then an Ariel view of Manhattan. The staff were great, friendly and very professional. The prices are very reasonable. But I do recommend you go and book directly from their website, because there are a lot of touts by the Staten island ferry, that may or may not be legitimate. They also share the pier with 3 other companies, but don't let scare you off they all work together. You won't regret it

I've been a couple times in New York, but never did the Helicoptertour. It's definitely worth it. You'll get a whole other view of New York City. The Pilot pointed out all the major sights, that was enough for me, but don't expect a narrated tour. The ground crew was helpful and polite. Our helicopter could fit 6 people, which I think is perfect for the tour. I've seen helicopters up to 12 people on the heliport. When you're in the middle, I don't think you can see much. That's also why I choose this company. I take one star, because you're not allowed to take pictures on the heliport. The ground crew takes a picture of you and your group and then you can buy it for 25$. I understand that you can not let everyone take pictures as much as they want, but at least take the camera of the group, so we can get a picture of us without buying an overpriced print. Otherwise you're fine taking pictures in flight. All in all a great service, would definitely recommend it to everyone.
