Ride was nice. We stood around a lot and waited. A little more communication would have been nice. Worst part was we were separated from each other on the helicopter. I understand that they board by weight, but they could have let us know in advance and given us another option.

We're sorry to hear you felt disappointed. I checked with the desk manager who was there at check-in, and you were a party of 4. Our helicopters seat 6 passengers with 1 seat up front next to the pilot and a cabin of 5 seats in the back. I was advised that we sat you all in the cabin together.

It was an amazing experience! Wonderfully organized and very professional. Our tour was right at sunset and we couldn’t have asked for a more beautiful view of the skyline. There were 6 tour passengers total on the flight and everyone had a window seat and spectacular view. We couldn’t stop smiling the whole 25 minute trip. Definitely recommend!
