I cannot recommend this company enough. I booked from the U.K. and it was easy to do and make contact with the team afterwards to confirm all was okay and booked. When we arrived, we were greeted by friendly and helpful staff who whisked us inside and got us ready for the flight. There were photos taken outside with the helicopter on the ground with the city in the background and these are available for purchase after the flight. The flight was amazing and the pilot was knowledgable although he occasionally got his left and right mixed up…. I’m the same, to be honest it was funny! We had the full flight time shown on the website, not a minute cut off! The staff were awesome, this was a brilliant experience from start to finish! Oh and another bonus…. When you buy the digital version of your photos…. If you have an iPhone, they run Apple Macs so it gets airdropped straight into your camera roll!! Winner! Thanks HeliNY! ❤️🤍💙

Absolutely loved this excursion. It was actually my favorite excursion. We saw everything from the Staute of Liberty to Yankees Stadium. Our group ranged from 26 to 81. Everyone loved it!!

Adrian the pilot and the helicopter was great and super fun. I will say there was a lack of organization and communication in the lobby waiting to fly. A couple of times, different employees looked at me like I should know what I'm supposed to do or what they're asking me. I had to ask "excuse me?" A few times.
