Trip was amazing from start to finish. Security, safety, professionalism, and of course amazing tour / views of Manhattan! Greeted at the front door, security checked, seamless check in, watched a safety video, escorted to the beautiful and clean aircraft. Assigned seats were given based on weights and then you're in the air! Windows were abundant and clean easy to get great photos. Up and down the Hudson River for us and my two kids (13 & 10) couldn't stop smiling and taking videos and photos. Highly recommend taking this adventure with HeilNY and getting this wonderful experience you and your friends/family will never forget!

The staff was amazing! My friend and I were running a bit late and they did their best to help us out, going above and beyond so get we would be able to into our flight! Tour was very entertaining with amazing views 😍

Such a great experience. Took my Niece and Nephew from Washington state. My Nephew was able to sit in front with the pilot. Took tons of great pics and videos. Outstanding views of the city and Statue of Liberty. Definitely worth the money. An experience they will never forget.
