Great experience. Great location. Very efficient process! This whole experience was great from start to finish. It was a present for my 16 year old nephew’s birthday. They checked our temperatures outside, made sure we were wearing a mask. Took us inside, I signed a straightforward release. They put packed life vest around our wais, we sat down for maybe 5 minutes and then they called us up to line up. Our tour was to be at 10am (they asked us to get there at 930) and we were in a helicopter by 950. The helicopter was excellent. We had 5 people total and every person had a window seat with their configuration style. They driver was knowledgeable and friendly. We booked a 20 minute tour and saw all of Manhattan!

Not worth it! My boyfriend and I paid $600 to be seated together and to enjoy the experience together but one was seated with the pilot in front and other at the back. If we wanted to do this experience alone, we would’ve gone alone. Also, the views are disappointing, only over the Hudson River, so you’re basically just seeing the skyline but from a little higher altitude. And honestly, I’ve seen better views of the skyline from Brooklyn.

I'm sorry to hear you did not enjoy your experience with us. Seating in the helicopter is determined by the weights of all passengers as we need to safely balance the aircraft. There is one seat up front next to the pilot, which is often considered the best seat. We do accept seating requests and if a couple requests not to be separated for their flight our staff will do their best to make sure they are seated together in the cabin if it is safe to do so. The tour routes are heavily restricted by city regulations and flying directly over the city is not permitted. Aall tour routes are over the Hudson River viewing the skyline at about 1500 ft. We believe a helicopter tour of New York City provides a unique experience where you can see the whole island of Manhattan from above within 20 minutes.
