Seeing the Statue of Liberty. We were with our adult children and spouses, but had to do 2 separate times as there were eight of us.

The seats are two tight. I’m 5’8” tall weigh 220 and it was very uncomfortable. The flight was a good ride with the pilot pointing out the pints of interest. We were with the 130 group there at 1 10 but forced to wait until two. Rude employees.

We fly the largest aircraft in the industry, and private tours are available for passengers looking for more space. We ask passengers to check in 30 minutes before the flight so we can run on time. As you missed your check-in time, you were asked to wait. I will pass your feedback about our staff to our Operations Manager.
