Loved this safari. leader was VERY knowledgeable, however, worked very well with both novice and with more experienced photographers. Did not let the experienced guy get lazy, showed new and impressive "tricks". Helped less experienced learn camera, coaxed good improvement in all...PLUS we got great iconnic shots of some of NY's best places (Empire State Building, Radio CIty Music, Atlas....more). I was tired (double booked trips on a Saturday), but the enthusiasm and energy carried the day. All in all a GREAT day! WORTH EVERY PENNY!

Great experience with Zim! We had a lovely time and learned a lot of tips and tricks while photographing with my iPhone. I will certainly do it again next time we are around.

Well. We almost did the tour, but the weather became an obstacle. These folks came highly recommended to us,so we thought we’d give it a try. A series of internet potholes almost made it impossible. I booked and quickly learned that a third party reservation company grabbed my payment. I called NY CIty Photo and immediately was walked thru the process of recovering those fund, rebooking and getting the BOGO discount. These guys were so kind and professional about the business side,, we were impressed and were looking forward to the photo experience as well. Based on our friends personal endorsement of the skill of their guide, we were ready to go….. and the the weather turned blistering hot in NYC. Too much for us given the fast pace needed to capture the iconic buildings of Manhattan. Again, NY City Photo was unflappable. We come here frequently and you can bet we will book again. Hopefully Mother Nature won’t interfere.
