Initially I had booked a bus tour. But then they emailed me and said if I was ok with a small tour. I was ok with it. Did not notice that the tour was a walking tour till we reached the spot. We thought when it said walking of 5 miles means on and off the bus and walking around. We had to change this tour. But will appreciate the fact that we're able to change it to the New York City tour which showed us the whole of New York. If we did not take this we would loose $260. We had to buy another $265 bus tour which took us to the spots we really wanted to see. Like statue of liberty and around.

It's written clearly that is tour is a walking tour with approximately 3 miles of walking over 6 hours. The guest admitted not reading carefully, and since this group has elderly people, we offered them our Bus Tour of Bronx, Brooklyn, Queens for free as well as gave them their Observatory tickets. We made sure they understood the directions to get to the meeting location and took good care of them. It's disappointing to see such efforts were not appreciated.

Lyndsey was amazing! This was my fourth trip to NYC, first for my kids. I learned so much about the city that I didn’t know! Lyndsey was great with my 2 teenage kids: patient and engaging. I will recommend ExperienceFirst, particularly Lyndsey, to all my friends!

The weather was supposed to be rainy but we took a chance and decided to go on the tour anyways and that was a great decision. Claire is just witty, incredibly knowledgeable about the city and also passionate about it. We had a fantastic 6hr tour that really covers all the main landmarks and a wealth of information. She had the perfect amount of stories, walking, self exploration to make this tour our number 1 thing we have done so far in Manhattan. At least 5 times, perfect strangers commented how funny and witty Claire was or how lucky we were to have her as our tour guide. 6 stars out of 5.
