We took this tour (2 adults and one teen) on Dec 20th and Jenn Andres was our guide. I can not say enough good things about both the tour and Jenn. It was our first day and this tour was perfect for us to see some of the main sights and get our bearings in the city. Jenn was so great in teaching us how to use the subway and had lots of tips for getting around the city. 5 miles sounds like a lot of walking, but the way it was split up with subway rides, the ferry and lunch breaks, it was not bad at all. And it was COLD the day we did it, but we were never uncomfortable. We added on the One World Observatory ticket before we started the tour and Jenn totally took care of getting our tickets and taking us to where we needed to be for that. She also gave us great directions on how to get back on the subway to get back to our hotel at the end. We were very glad we added this on. Jenn was so warm and helpful and she also shared lots of great info at each site with us. The teen in our group mainly wanted to shop, but at the end of our trip, she said this tour was one of the BEST things we did!
