We just got back from nyc and did the Liberty lunch cruise. They staff were very friendly and pleasant but I feel they were understaffed. The boat was half full and we were all placed on one side of the boat .The A/C was not working and most of the passengers seemed uncomfortable while inside . It was beautiful when we went on the deck . The staff were great helping us take pictures and offering drinks. The narration was difficult to hear while outside . Apparently we could have preordered children's meals for our children but it was not available on the viator site. I would call ahead if you have children.

It was wonderful, the boat left on time i was pretty satisfy, but the waiter that we had was very hurry not very welcoming and unpleasant with us.
The lunch was ok and the dessert perfect.

This tour was very nice, it was very quiet, the lunch buffet was not all that good but the service was excellent. The views were also excellent.
