This is the 3rd experience I've booked from Viator and it didn't disappoint! My birthday lunch cruise was fabulous even in the rain. The tickets were easy and I always feel VIP when I present. The meal was LOVELY and tasty and the piano player was a surprise treat! And Lady Liberty was grand! I love Viator!

We’ve paid for a Bateaux New York trip and we get a too large boat with too many people, average food…crew was nice but it wasn’t what we planned. Very disappointed.

We had the worst experience and customer service. We weren’t able to travel to New York and we cancelled the trip due to COVID surging in New York. The business wouldn’t give a refund due to health concerns. We were very disappointed.
