How to use: Your pass is available for immediate use. Your voucher contains a unique barcode for use on your mobile phone as your ticket. Attractions will scan the code and you’ll be in!
• This pass is valid for the amount of consecutive calendar days you've purchased and ends on midnight on the last calendar day
• The pass is activated the first time you use it
• If the pass is used to make a reservation online or over the phone your card will not be activated until you arrive on the date of the reservation. All reservations must be made for a day in which the pass is still valid
• You may only visit each attraction once

First, we booked a 3 day pass and because of the bus back to the airport tried to add on to make it a 4 day. Walked to their office on broadway and they were rude and unhelpful. It’s strange they have people all over the city trying to sell the passes but couldn’t add a day to ours. What was misleading were the restaurants. We thought you just received the posted amount off your bill. For example at Buca De Beppo, it was $15 per pass off and they just gave you the full menu to order what you want. We weren’t to Bella Napoli and it said $25 so we went for dinner. We DID Not tell them upfront we had the pass because we thought it was just a credit. So we ordered a bottle of wine, desert, etc only to found out, the pass doesn’t cover there normal 5 page menu. You get a small one page prefix menu that is very limited, no wine, appetizers or desert. It’s not a $25 gift card per say at all. So be sure to tell them upfront!! The food was good and worth going. Also misleading is you do not skip lines. You have to wait in the line to exchange the pass into a ticket everywhere.

the driver never showed up in Rockefeller plz and we had to go to to the bus station after waiting for 40 minutes in the rain. They said sorry we have it wrong on our web site and that was it. Unprofessional.

Bought this pass as it worked out cheaper for me if I added up all the things I wanted to see that were included with the pass. I wouldn’t really say you get fast entry into anything, the only place it helped us was the 9/11 memorial museum. We had to queue for the Empire State Building, queue for the Rockefeller for a time slot and then come back later, we got straight in the MET museum but still had to queue at a machine and queue at the circle line sightseeing cruise to get our tickets. This pass is worth getting for the value you get with all the attractions and you get a sense of security that you have all your tickets before you go. Top tip - get to the Empire State at 8am and you will have the while viewing platform to yourself and no queueing.
