What To Expect
1
Downtown Jersey City, New Jersey - Waterfront 9/11 Memorial - #8
Mangled steel from the Twin Towers and a sculpture recovered from the rubble after the 9/11 attack. The touching memorial is located right across the new World Trade Center, on the other bank of the Hudson River.
2
Hoboken Waterfront Walkway
The most lively sector of a 19-mile waterfront with fantastic NY Skyline views. You will enjoy piers, marinas, playgrounds, modern condos, and green spaces in what used to be a neglected harbor where Marlon Brando's classic "On The Waterfront" was filmed.
3
Hoboken
We'll explore the charming Hoboken and Jersey City neighborhoods, with optional stops at Hoboken's famous Carlos Bake Shop original location and the delightful train, bus, and ferry Lackawanna Terminal.
4
Hamilton Park
The cliff where Alexander Hamilton was mortally wounded in a duel, with breathtaking views of the skyline
5
Weehawken Waterfront
Facing midtown Manhattan, Weehawken's Waterfront has the most comprehensive views of the skyline. We'll drive by luxury condos on the Hudson River's banks, offering a more relaxed lifestyle and something no New York building has -- million-dollar skyline views.
6
Boulevard East
Drive along beautiful Boulevard East, a last chance to enjoy amazing skyline views from atop a cliff.

This tour was one of the best things we did during our trip. I enjoyed the views very much (impressive!) but also all the hidden corners Pablo took us to. We started in Jersey City, then went to Hoboken and then to Liberty Park. I didn't realize there would be so much to see. Pablo is gracious, patient and knows a lot about the city and this beautiful area of New Jersey. Even though we chose a cold day, all the walks we took were worth it: so breathtaking and inspiring. I totally recommend the experience!

I live in New York City so I never thought about doing a tour like this. I decided to do it when my parents came to visit me from Spain. I was blown away! The views are not only amazing but Pablo explains the history and anecdotes of all these locations and buildings on both sides of the Hudson river, making the tour interesting and very entertaining. I loved to see the gigantic Joan Plensa statue facing Manhattan and the midtown views from Weehawken. Another highlight was the Hamilton stone where he laid his head after a deadly duel. We traveled by Path to meet with Pablo and came back to Manhattan on the ferry. So easy. I certainly recommend this tour to everybody. It's a great way to do something different and also see the city from a different perspective.

The moment the tour begins, the stark contrast between the unrelenting and suffocating air which shrouds NY and the calm, serenity and the breath of fresh air of New Jersey which is so very palpable, invigorates your soul. The tour with Pablo, if you are fortunate to embark upon it, leads you into a different realm. Just a tunnel crossing away and so much magic engulfs you. Skyline is merely a term. It does not elucidate the journey. It does not allow you to envisage the passage of time that you get to experience. It does not give you an insight of the overwhelming sense of awe and indelible impression of the discovery you are about to embark into. Only a local knows, a local who has over the years, parted the curtains of the rich culture and tradition of his surroundings. And Pablo is that person. Be prepared to be handsomely rewarded when the significance of what you get to see, dawn's upon you. The magical hour beckons.
