For many years we always wanted to do a Double Decker tour in downtown Manhattan. On this trip we finally did it were totally pleased with the entire experience., Riding on the bus top deck we were really able to get a great view of the historic building architecture without the commotion of street traffic and people. Our guides were excellent and humorous. It was nice to tour for awhile and take a break for lunch in the South Street Seaport area and then re-board another bus to finish the tour. It was a very enjoyable experience!

It was my first time getting in the GrayLine Bus Tour! The bus guide did an EXCELLENT presentation and job! His name is ALLAN FRANCE! He knew what he was talking about, showed experience, knowledge and interest on what he was doing and sharing with us! During my tour I never hop-off the bus until my last stop #18 and I can tell that he kept everyone's attention the whole tour. Whenever we were stocked on traffic because of the 4pm rush hour he stood up from his seat to make eye contact with the customers and started speaking about the surroundings, the best restaurants, stores, etc to visit, and he reported historical and architecture details and events so professional and the same way he was trying to calm us down because of the congestion and delayed because on traffic lights. Definitely he made my tour VERY ENJOYABLE!

Very poor service. Began with Problem with the vouchers. We had a group of 18. The agents said they would get ya on a bus together but then seated us on the bottom of the bus. We had specific reservations for the day so this was not good. Fumes coming in when you sit on the bottom. The recording doesn’t sync with the location.
