We received information about the pick-up before our flight and upon arrival. When we were ready, we texted the driver and were picked up promptly at the Newark airport. The price and service were very good. Thanks.

Making reservations was EXTRAORDINARILY complicated and convoluted! Communication between Viator and the service provider was EXTREMELY lacking! The transport vehicle was in horrendous condition! The driver was barely communicative! Regarding the return trip, the car never arrived at the airport, and several attempts to contact the service provider were FRUITLESS!!

There seems to be a disconnect between Victor and the provider. I made confirming pick up time, even received an email for a 6:00am pick up and that never reached the company. On top of that. The provider never responded to multiple emails and phone calls in attempts to confirm the pick up. Hand to cancel, they almost made us late for the flight. Never again!!
