Russ was an excellent tour guide. He was super informative and added a nice spice of humor to his narrative.

We're not technically savvy, I found this user friendly. We had a wonderful experience on the trolley as well as the tour of the mansion. I would highly recommend itā£

I went on the tour on rainy October 13. I was traveling with my 85 yr old mother and 75 yr old aunt. The trolley was comfortable with leather seats and big windows for a great view. Our driver, Russ, was wonderful! Knowledgeable, personable, and funny, he kept us all entertained. He seemed to actually enjoy what he was doing unlike some guides who are just trying to finish up to get home. We heard stories of all the big mansions, hearing history as well as whatā€™s happening today. Our stop at the Breakers was just the right amount of time to explore. At the Breakers, they were exceedingly accommodating to my mom who has a lot of difficulty walking. They had an elevator for those folks with disabilities. My only minor issue is that the bus was unable to get closer to the mansion to let us off and pick us up. It was fine for me and my aunt but my mother had a bit of a challenge. Especially in the pouring rain when we were leaving. But that is NOT the fault of the tour company. All in all, it was a really great tour! It was all well worth the price.
