Our tour was 9/22 with Sarah. My husband and I were having a long weekend getaway in a new city. Just looking for a good way to find out about the Newport restaurant scene without wasting our time and money. This tour exceeded our expectations. We learned great historical information about the area and sampled some of the best food Newport had to offer. We even ended up going back to our favorite restaurant from the tour and having dinner. Sticky ribs at Perro Salado! Thanks Sarah, sorry about the umbrella but keep up the good work!

In spite of the weather (it was a chilly, rainy and windy day - remnants of Hurricane Jose) it was a great tour. Sara was very friendly and knowledgeable about Newport history and the food establishments we visited. We visited 7 different places and the samples we had were all fun and different. We had everything from lobster, to sorbet with sparkling wine, to pork butt mac and cheese, to toffee, to pork ribs. Highly recommend this tour. Great way to learn some history of Newport as well as sampling some different restaurants you might not otherwise discover.

This tour was fabulous. The food was excellent. We actually returned to one of the restaurants and discovered a second place to eat as a result of the tour. Our tour guide was knowledgeable and had great stories about the restaurants and about Newport. She was also very conscientious. She offered us sunscreen, made sure people on the tour had water, and looked for shady spots to stop when she had information to share.
