We were four ladies in our 60's. We are all in great shape and love to eat and drink so this tour was perfect! Our guide was wonderful and provided us with unique information on the history of Newport as we walked around. We had delicious clam chowder, lobster, amazing Mac and cheese and a beer flight, sorbet and bubbly, homemade hotdogs and delicious fries and a margarita with incredible ribs! Every stop was interesting and delicious. I would highly recommend Rhode Island Food Tours if you like walking, history, food, drink and great people!

To start - Leah who was our Tour Guide on the Newport Food Tour was great! Super personable, very educated on the fun history of Newport, and fantastic with her time management moving place to place. Next - the food and drinks were absolutely delicious at every single stop along the tour. Whoever designed the tour did a great job with the progression of what was being sampled at each spot, and each restaurant seemed really happy to participate in the tour. Definitely would recommend a food tour to anyone who has never tried one!

As a Rhode Island resident, I didn't expect to learn so much new on our food tour of Newport. Went to places I had never been, ate delicious food, some intriguing. The group was delightful, everyone sharing experiences. Sarah, our guide, was knowledgeable but also warm and funny. I intend to let all my Rhode Island friends know what they have been missing.
