We were invited to go on the food tour for a friend's birthday, which we thought WOW that's a great idea for Saturday afternoon birthday get together! Paula was very informative on the history and restaurants of Newport Ri. Even though we visit Newport often she introduced us to some new quint side streets, history and food!!! Looking forward to a summer tour next year!!

I live in Mass and have been to Newport many times but always go to the same restaurant's, attractions. This was a great way to see where the locals go for good food, drinks and some history. Every place we stopped was delicious with great atmosphere. The tour guide Paula was very knowledgeable about the history of the area (very impressive). It was a nice alternative to walking around doing the same ole thing. I would recommend this tour to anyone. Thank you again!!

During our Canada / New England cruise, we booked the food tour as an alternative to the ship's tour excursions, which were primarily focused on mansion tours. We're very happy with our choice. The Rhode Island Red Food Tour allowed us to stop at five different restaurants (a sixth was out of commission on our day), with one delicious - and usually unique - course at each stop. In addition, an historical tour was mixed in between the stops, giving us a great overview - and interesting anecdotes - of Newport's colonial heritage. Everyone in my group of seven enjoyed themselves greatly - and ate well! A wonderful way to spend the early afternoon and get introduced to Newport.
