The entire Niagara Falls experience was fabulous with the exception of the transportation. Our guide was knowledgeable and helped with pictures. We walked with him for about 3 miles so wear good walking shoes. Our pick up location was convenient and we arrived ontime. Plenty to do and see. The only disappointment was the very uncomfortable 14 hour trip from New York and back (7 hours each way). There was 12 of us packed into a van with small, rock hard seats. I recommend you go but make sure you are riding in a Greyhound type bus.

What an adventure! My family and I booked this last minute with not a lot of expectations. The company's customer service was fantastic! we loved our driver and tour guide. The bus was also comfortable and we were happy to have wifi onboard. They also gave us complimentary travel pillows to keep! they are cute and comfortable. Then!! Niagara Falls was amazing!!!! wow!! so happy to have seen and experienced its majesty. Thank you to Royal Tours for an amazing adventure. We booked other tours with them and will recommend them to all.
