Tour guides were great, kept to a very tight schedule so everything went smoothly The falls were amazing from the boat.

We were greeted by a Staffel member, escorted to the bus and got everything explained. We had 2 drivers who brought us safe to the falls and back to NYC with 3 breaks on the way. At the falls we had a knowledgeable guide named Brian who showed us around, got us on the Maid of The Mist boat which was the Highlight! And he walked us around the area. The walking was perfectly fine, the whole area was not too crowded. Drive was 8 hours each with breaks, Maid of the Mist is like 30 Mins and the walking Tour which could have been done much more efficiently timewise, was around 2.5-3 hours. We then had 2 hours free time or go to eat, and could See the waterfall Illumination + fireworks. It was a little hazzle and many of the group didnt really see the firework because they were worried they'd come too late for the bus which was said to depart just 10 mins after. We went to the observation bridge and got a stunning view and made it in time for the bus with a faster walking pace. All good!

The best memorable part was on the road ride on the tour. We also like the lights and Fire works. The coach bus was out dated and the bus host was not informative or exciting at all.
