The agent messed up my booking and they still have not replaced my money. No one has gotten back with me.

On my tour day in the morning, local tour operator canceled the tour and asked me to join the next day's tour. I paid for the Maid of the Mist Boat tour but this part was not there. But they did not refund any money. I contacted Viator support team. They said the local tour operator record me as no show. Then I send an email attaching a screenshot of the call but there is no reply.

Our tour was supposed to leave at 2:00 from the front of the Hard Rock Cafe. A guide never showed up. I called the tour company at 2:10 and they emailed me tickets to do the Maid of the Mist on our own. I couldn’t believe how easy it was to get on the boat. I contacted Attractions4Uus demanding a refund. I paid $316 for four adults. I was given the run-around. I called twice and sent three emails and didn’t get anywhere with them. Then I contacted Viator, because my original reservation was through them. What a great company!They immediately processed a refund for me.

We are happy you enjoyed the maid of the mist. Viator can issue a refund since they are the company that collected the funds. In your case you actually missed the tour and the group left without you after waiting 10 minutes past departure time. The tickets were send to you as an accommodation.
