I spent $200 on this trip for two people, and arrived at the park to find tickets for $25 per person. What a complete RIP OFF. Wait and purchase when you arrive. Don't waste your money on this scam.

This is a guided tour. Not boat tickets. The tour goes to the waterfalls and you see all 3 falls from a postcard vantage point. I understand you refused to join the tour and you only wanted the boat tickets. The boat tickets are provide at the conclusion of the tour that you refused to join.

The tour is beautiful (that I recommend to go) but I never again buy or use this app Viator to book a tour again. It was so disorganized and they didn’t follow what I got online. Very disappointed!
