Though not completely frozen, ice transforms the base and surrounding area, creating a postcard view of sparkling icicles, crystal-like mounds, and nature-made ice sculptures. This tour has amazing scenic views & despite the cold in April they are well worth the view. Our tour guide Nancy was very knowledgeable and easy to engage in conversation with. We highly recommend her!
