MUST HAVE PREVIOUS SWIMMING AND SNORKELING EXPERIENCE OR WILL NOT BE ABLE TO GET IN THE WATER!!!
MUST BE comfortable in the water, be comfortable using floatation if needed (we have Ride Along option available for non-swimmers)
Must be in good health and fit condition, must be able to climb a short ladder
Due to the nature of this tour and the safety of all guests, the tour operator reserves the right to refuse service to passengers who are intoxicated or show signs of intoxication. If, as a result, your tour is canceled, you will not be entitled to a refund.

The crew was attentive to people and made the trip memorable. Even though I was scared to partake in this activity, in the end I didn’t regret taking this adventure. I would highly recommend this trip!

The actual experience was amazing….HOWEVER….when calling Hangloose to ask if I was in the correct spot (and yes I had the directions but no one was there)…that person was EXTREMELY rude. Later found out he was the owner of the company. Thankfully, he wasn’t on the boat and the captain he has working for him was great and made up for the owners rudeness. So..experience was a once and a lifetime adventure that I would highly recommend but maybe use a different company.

This was a truly incredible experience. We got to see 4-5 manta rays that were all 8-12ft wingspan and they swim so close they almost touch you. I've never been that close to something so spectacular. The water was a pretty choppy, so if you are prone to sea sick definitely take some Dramamine first. Totally worth it though!!
