MUST HAVE PREVIOUS SWIMMING AND SNORKELING EXPERIENCE OR WILL NOT BE ABLE TO GET IN THE WATER!!!
MUST BE comfortable in the water, be comfortable using floatation if needed (we have Ride Along option available for non-swimmers)
Must be in good health and fit condition, must be able to climb a short ladder
Due to the nature of this tour and the safety of all guests, the tour operator reserves the right to refuse service to passengers who are intoxicated or show signs of intoxication. If, as a result, your tour is canceled, you will not be entitled to a refund.
Subject to favorable weather conditions. If canceled by the supplier, you will be given the option of an alternative date or full refund
Recommended to bring towel, clothes for change, sweatshirt or light jacket

Choppy water, delayed to scare manta rays, and seasickness are what my family experienced. Even though the crew was nice enough, their lights that attract the mantas were glitching. It was unremarkable at most. Do yourself a favor and find a company off the Sheraton property in Keauhou Habor. We did that three years ago and it as magnificent with lots of mantas, calm waters and smaller groups. Would not recommend this company because as they said “mantas don’t really come in this location much”.

Thank you for touring with us when the sea conditions are rough where the mantis are. It does not matter what tour company you go out with it’s choppy sea conditions any boat from any location will experience the same thing at that location that is the nature of wildlife and the ocean. The smaller boats take people out for a much shorter tour. We provide a 2 1/2 hour tour and a full experience. Not sure where the mantis rarely come in come from we have a 99% success rate with seeing Manta every time

We recently went on a manta ray snorkel trip and, as non-swimmers, we were initially quite anxious. However, Noah took great care of our family, and we never felt unsafe at any point. If you’re like us and have never been in open ocean waters, don’t worry—just trust Noah. You’ll have an amazing time!

Ulu and Noah were amazing. One of the craziest things I’ve ever seen in my life. Even if you are a poor swimmer, the guides and floating mat make it really easy. 10/10 must do!!
