MUST BE comfortable in the water, be comfortable using floatation if needed (we have Ride Along option available for non-swimmers)
Must be in good health and fit condition, must be able to climb a short ladder
Due to the nature of this tour and the safety of all guests, the tour operator reserves the right to refuse service to passengers who are intoxicated or show signs of intoxication. If, as a result, your tour is canceled, you will not be entitled to a refund.

We saw rays but the experience was disappointing. The parking lot and walking area were poorly lit, with steps that could be very dangerous at night. Safety instructions were minimal. The boat was a glorified barge. My husband's wet suit jacket was 2 sizes too small. The light on the raft went out and the whole group had to get back on the boat while they rigged the battery. It flickered after that. We were not told our destination as we peeled off like a motor boat into the darkness. I was terrified. Chip bags wete served out of a laundry basket. My family enjoyed seeing the rays, but this was a terrible experience, and I cannot understand how it is highly rated on trip advisor.

I read reviews, did research, asked others and yet nothing quite prepared me for the thrill the first time one of these big rays does a 360 flip right in front of you! Better than any Disney ride or coaster. The operator was great, but the stars were the rays. I took 2 grandsons ages 9 and 10..wouldn't take one any younger. Too intense.
