MUST HAVE PREVIOUS SWIMMING AND SNORKELING EXPERIENCE OR WILL NOT BE ABLE TO GET IN THE WATER!!!
MUST BE comfortable in the water, be comfortable using floatation if needed (we have Ride Along option available for non-swimmers)
Must be in good health and fit condition, must be able to climb a short ladder
Due to the nature of this tour and the safety of all guests, the tour operator reserves the right to refuse service to passengers who are intoxicated or show signs of intoxication. If, as a result, your tour is canceled, you will not be entitled to a refund.

Most incredible animal encounter we have ever experienced. Relatively quick and big pay out, saw 20-30 manta rays up to 13 feed wide and the swim inches from your face. The seas were a little rough (night before a tropical storm) so many of us were seasick, but it was worth it!

Had on outstanding time. The captain and Danny were fabulous. Full of knowledge about Manta Rays. Very funny with their comments and made the boat ride fun. Highly recommended to go aboard.

We had Ula and Nahlu for our crew and we had an amazing night with the mantas. We took the 6:30PM tour and got to see the sunset as we were heading out of the harbor. We saw nearly 20 mantas that evening and as other reviews state it was an amazing experience. We choose Hang Loose over other tour providers based on other Tripadvisor reviews that said they were good with kids, provided additional flotation aids (the yellow inflatable vests), and were good with guests with little previous snorkel experience. We were not disappointed and found off these things to be true. We will definitely use Hang Loose again on future Hawaii trips.
