MUST BE comfortable in the water, be comfortable using floatation if needed (we have Ride Along option available for non-swimmers)
Must be in good health and fit condition, must be able to climb a short ladder
Due to the nature of this tour and the safety of all guests, the tour operator reserves the right to refuse service to passengers who are intoxicated or show signs of intoxication. If, as a result, your tour is canceled, you will not be entitled to a refund.

The tour was terrible and Hang Loose Boat Tours is not recommended to anyone going as first-timers. Viator is not in sync with Boat Services and if you book the tour thru Viator, your spot may not be confirmed with Hang Loose Boat Tours company. But Viator provides you the confirmation and when you show up, Hang Loose may not accept the confirmation issued by Viator. Moreover, Hang Loose Boat tours is not recommended for Manta Ray adventure.

Family had a great time seeing the manta rays at night. Staff ensured safety for both guests and mantas. Also, We were fortunate have dolphins visit during our adventure.

I highly recommend this trip! It was once in a lifetime… the manta rays swim right up to you, sometimes even brushing into you! We also got lucky and saw many spinner dolphins, which is rare for this excursion! The staff was professional, knowledgeable and super fun! Hunter, David and Aidan were great! Def don’t pass this tour up!
