MUST HAVE PREVIOUS SWIMMING AND SNORKELING EXPERIENCE OR WILL NOT BE ABLE TO GET IN THE WATER!!!
MUST BE comfortable in the water, be comfortable using floatation if needed (we have Ride Along option available for non-swimmers)
Must be in good health and fit condition, must be able to climb a short ladder
Due to the nature of this tour and the safety of all guests, the tour operator reserves the right to refuse service to passengers who are intoxicated or show signs of intoxication. If, as a result, your tour is canceled, you will not be entitled to a refund.
Subject to favorable weather conditions. If canceled by the supplier, you will be given the option of an alternative date or full refund
Recommended to bring towel, clothes for change, sweatshirt or light jacket

Terrible customer service. We have been trying to cancel our reservation through through the app couldn't do it got error every time & calling customer service is a long hold before you can talk to someone

We were extremely disappointed with this experience. I was looking forward to this experience based on other people's reviews on seeing manta rays. However my daughter and I were the last off the boat and by the time the one and only manta ray swam by briefly, we missed it before we approached the platform. I expected this experience to be better than it was for the amount of money I spent for a family of 5. The two tour guides were great and knowledge so not their fault. I just wish I could maybe get a partial refund or voucher to make up for our not so good experience or maybe just bad luck.
