MUST HAVE PREVIOUS SWIMMING AND SNORKELING EXPERIENCE OR WILL NOT BE ABLE TO GET IN THE WATER!!!
MUST BE comfortable in the water, be comfortable using floatation if needed (we have Ride Along option available for non-swimmers)
Must be in good health and fit condition, must be able to climb a short ladder
Due to the nature of this tour and the safety of all guests, the tour operator reserves the right to refuse service to passengers who are intoxicated or show signs of intoxication. If, as a result, your tour is canceled, you will not be entitled to a refund.

From booking to the experience, everything was spot on! The directions to the meeting place were very helpful and made the meeting point easy to find! We were greeted on time, checked in, and directed to our tour boat on the marina. The boat was very spacious, you're able to sit on the top floor or on the bottom floor in the rows available. We chose the top floor since the sun was already set; it was so much fun! Simon (Our captain) and his crew took very good care of us! As you walk in there are plenty of snacks and drinks to choose from, they also start passing them out after the snorkel for you to enjoy on the way back to the marina. The snorkel itself was surreal! The Manta Rays get so close to you, it's a very unique experience! Simon also narrated the tour with information about the Manta Rays and was available for any questions we had. If you are heading to Big Island, I highly recommend you check out a Manta Ray Night Snorkel, Hang Loose Boat Tours was phenomenal, we did two tours with them, and both were PERFECT! Bring a towel or long sleeve for after! It gets chilly at night!

It was an amazing experience! Would highly recommend for any age, even for the the un-adventurous! Would suggest dry towels for after getting out of the water. Good crew! Fun time! Respect the Rays!
