MUST HAVE PREVIOUS SWIMMING AND SNORKELING EXPERIENCE OR WILL NOT BE ABLE TO GET IN THE WATER!!!
MUST BE comfortable in the water, be comfortable using floatation if needed (we have Ride Along option available for non-swimmers)
Must be in good health and fit condition, must be able to climb a short ladder
Due to the nature of this tour and the safety of all guests, the tour operator reserves the right to refuse service to passengers who are intoxicated or show signs of intoxication. If, as a result, your tour is canceled, you will not be entitled to a refund.

The owner was extremely rude to everybody. 1. He was annoyed when my 3 year old was trying to make a conversation while he was talking. She is 3 year old, what did he expect ? 2. There was an old lady > 60 years looking for a life jacket, the owner was visibly annoyed and mentioned she should know it sooner if she needed one or not 3. My husband was trying to ask questions, The owner completely ignored what my husband was saying and said ok and moved away 4. He was reluctant to hear/ empathize and understand anyone's concerns either by brushing them off or completely ignoring them

Water to cold for us, no mantas at first site, to cold to reenter water at second site, maybe 2 mantas sighted very briefly by those passengers that did re enter the water they commented....not like the videos.skip it and watch the movie

The crew was great, when we had no luck finding mantas in one spot they made the effort to take us to another spot 35 minutes away. It did not disappoint and Adam entertained us well and he was very knowledgeable
